Their business model is just like any other "insurance" company: take in as much money as they can and then deny as many claims as they can for whatever reason. All extended warranty companies are sleazy, I read so many bad reviews on other companies I thought this company would be different, they're not. Been paying for their extended warranty for 2 years and as soon as I needed a real major repair on my SUV and my dealer called for authorization, first the dealer was hung up on, then when I called to ask what was wrong, they wouldn't tell me how much $$ would be reimbursed saying they could only tell a repair shop, then they created all kinds of hoops for the dealer to jump through asking for photos as proof and then denied a $1100.00 repair job anyway because the shop didn't get prior authorization.
